I’ve been thinking about this pfp a lot lately. I feel that there are a lot of things in our world that we take for granted, and I want to explore the idea that we are not just creatures of habit—which is why I wrote the book. But what if we change our habits so we can change our world? That is when the book truly becomes a tool to help us change our habits. The blog and the book are like a conversation.
I wrote the book as a way to find myself, and I hope that you do too. I want you to think about how you live your life, and see if you are living it in such a way that you make room for the things that make you uncomfortable.
I think of myself as an aesthetic animal. In other words, I think that we are creatures that are beautiful in certain aspects of our appearance. And I think that there are certain things that make us uncomfortable, which is why the book and the blog are here to help us change the things that make us uncomfortable.
The book is here to help you see and understand yourself more clearly. It’s not just a book about being a beautiful animal. It’s a book about being content with who you are. It’s about acknowledging and accepting who you are and having the confidence and self-discipline to become someone who loves and appreciates who you are.
One of the main things that really stands out about the book, is the book’s tone about being both a personal journey and a literary work. When a book is personal, it tends to have a more personal tone compared to a book that just is.
