I’m a little different. I don’t think that I’m self-aware, but I do think that I am aware of myself.

That’s not true. Im not sure Im self-aware, but I do think that Im aware of myself.

I could say that you’re self-aware, but I think that would be a lie. If you’re not aware of yourself, that’s only because you don’t want to know.

I think the word self-awareness is a little misleading. To be aware of yourself you need to think about your own thoughts and feelings. The word self-awareness is a better word for describing the thing I’m going to do with this blog post. Im going to talk about how you can get the most out of your self-awareness by learning to connect with it.

The first step to self-awareness is learning how to be aware of your thoughts and feelings. Not because you think you have to, but because you want to. The best way to learn how to be aware is to realize that there are things in your life that are just happening to you. Every time you wake up, or when you brush your teeth, or when you fall asleep, you are aware of that. So you don’t think that somehow you have to be aware.

The problem with thinking you have to be aware is that you have to be aware in order for your thoughts to be aware. If your thoughts are not aware, then they cannot be aware. So the first step to self-awareness is learning to be aware of your thoughts. One way to do this is to become a good student.

If you could learn to be aware without having to study, or without having to go to school, then you would have a much better chance of becoming self-aware and then able to change your own mind. But, if you are constantly studying/studying/studying/studying, then you will never become self-aware. That is why the second step to self-awareness is to learn to be aware without having to study.

The first step to self-awareness is to learn to be aware without having to study. Not studying is just another way of saying not thinking. When you’re not thinking about something, you are not aware of it.
