This is the third level of self-aware self-care that I’ve been talking about. When I think about the three levels of self-care I think about how my personal life made me care about what I do most of all: cleaning, cooking, and organizing.

I think about how the other two levels of self-care contribute to the development of self-awareness. They’re all responsible, good, and bad.
